The Platform is owned and operated by 70MM Guys, managed by Ishan Rawal, with its registered office at 3, New Pratap Colony, Badgaon, Udaipur, Rajasthan – 313001 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or transact on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

1.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and updated information during registration and service requests.

2.1 Services Offered

We provide creative, marketing, advertising, and production services including but not limited to:

  • Video Production

  • Website Development

  • Photography & Content Creation

  • Influencer Marketing

  • Performance Marketing

2.2 Accuracy of Service Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, timelines, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free.

2.3 Pricing & Modification

All prices and quotations are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.4 Service Acceptance

Your confirmation (email, message, or payment) constitutes an offer to engage our services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service request.

2.5 Payments

You agree to pay all charges applicable for services availed through secure online/offline payment methods communicated by us.

3. DELIVERY, REVISIONS & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Delivery Timelines

Delivery varies depending on project complexity, feedback cycles, and resource availability. Delays due to client inaction or late submissions extend timelines.

3.2 Revisions

Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3.3 Cancellations

Once a project has begun or payment is made, cancellations are not allowed.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Ownership

All trademarks, logos, designs, creative content, and materials on the Platform and produced during our services are the property of 70MM Guys or its licensors unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 Content Use Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or objectionable content

  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activities

Violation may result in termination of access and legal consequences.

The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties—express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party tools, platforms, or payment gateways

 

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 70MM Guys, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising due to your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

 

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
