We aim to provide the best quality creative and marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, most payments are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued under specific circumstances.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds can be issued only in the following case:

 

✔ Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same service or project, we will initiate a refund for the extra payment.

 

2. Refunds Not Applicable For

• Change of mind

• Project cancellation by client

• Delay caused by client (lack of response, missing inputs)

• Completed or partially completed work

• Digital services already delivered

• Name

• Payment screenshot

• Transaction ID

• Reason for refund

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within:

7–10 working days
